Title: [Fixed] Urgent! Fatal error on server change

Hi,

I just bought another server hosting and migrate all using Plesk migration tool. All websites works fine except Elxis that display:

Database connection failed! SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'eaCdAR1WncFw0dDVN'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Check the database connection details if it's correct. For example:
- Database Host
- Database Name
- Database User
- Database Password.

OOh Plesk one of the worst control panel according to my opinion :-)

yes, it seems that database connection details are correct. Problem persist.

In the new server I have VPS 64bits with Linux, CentOS 6.4, Plesk panel 11.5. Also PHP 5.5 and MYSQL 5.5.32.

Which control panel are you using, cpanel? :)

Mainly yes, cPanel.

The database user hasn't been assigned the right privileges. Plesk don't give the direct manage to this section (as cPanel or any other control panel like Ispconfig do - i guess so) so you can do that only via SSH tool.

Ok, I have acces to SSH, if you can give the instruction I can do it... I am already installed some rpm's and upgrades from ssh.

But this is a little strange, all the other databases from other websites in the same server are working correctly without privileges issues

perhaps the problem is php 5.5 or mysql 5.5.3.2 compatibility with Elxis. In the old server are lower versions.

Here we are. Database user finally got the proper privileges and the website is online!
