Hello,
I have some products which are applicable for modification (different version, size etc...) and I can't find a way to do this from eshop.
For example I want to let the customers choose among some options of drop down menus and the price should be automatic calculated on the fly and summarized in cart.
Is there any way yet or someone has to write a plugin?
Also I would like to ask if there is an IOS eshop expert who can make me some changes that I couldn't make like css editing and site lifting (it looks poor designed) and also maybe some code changes. If any, I would like to send him my preferations and give me an offer (hope it's not too much :P).

You can use the price modifiers feature of IOS Eshop component. Please read more information about here: http://wiki.elxis.org/wiki/ESHOP_Edit_product#Price_modifiers
As for the professionals there are some who can take over the tasks you need.

P.S. Can I suggest an addition? It would be helpful if there was the ability to copy a product (clone or link the same product) to different categories. Some customers are confused and can't find easily the products and also it's nice feature when you have to add a similar product. (I just hope I'm not missing anything and already exists something like that)

It's a really bad idea to copy (or clone) a product through different categories. The best solution is to place a product to the most suitable category. You can activate the search function on which visitors can find out each product they want.
