See attached. and the dialog of banning them. Any solution so far?

I am having many registration in my site and have been unable to block the fake emails.

If they put fake emails their registration never gets completed because they can't activate their accounts. So you can just delete them, they cannot login and they are not problem.

Elxis 4.x has an "excluded domains" security option for bad email domains.

Elxis administration > Settings > Users and Registration

Add the email domains you want to exclude from registration comma separated.
Example: badsite.com,something.ru,hackme.cn

After that Elxis will deny you to register with, e.g., john@badsite.com email.

Tip: A "bad domain" can be even "gmail.com".
In fact google is the worst email domain as it is full of spam and fake accounts. In this forum for example registering with a gmail account is not allowed.
If you don't agree that gmail, hotmail, and similar, sucks, take a look at your self at stop forum spam (http://www.stopforumspam.com/spamdomainsandips)
