Title: IOS Gallery with Elxis 4.1 Poseidon

Hello,

I've just installed the latest version of Elxis and I would like to use IOS Gallery.
The automated installer gives me error related with the .xml file.
Is it by any chance possible to install IOS Gallery (or anything similar)?

Hello Marios,
IOS Gallery Component is compatible with Elxis CMS 2009.x series instead of 4.x series. So you can not use it.
However you can use Gallery - Content Plugin extension for that purpose. I know it's not exactly the same however you can do what you want!

I wanted to create albums. Is there any way to do this?

Do it with standard content categories and articles. On each article insert the gallery plugin loading a different set of photos.

Category > Article (Photos from Paris)   {gallery}media/images/photos/paris/{/gallery}
         > Article (Photos from London)   {gallery}media/images/photos/london/{/gallery}
         > Article (Photos from Athens)   {gallery}media/images/photos/athens/{/gallery}
