Hi, we finally went online with our new website based on the tiara template. It's the first time I worked with elxis and I must say the whole building process was very exciting and joyful - it's indeed a powerful and carefully thought out cms. Thanks to all the help I have received so far from the community especially datahell and webgift.
I would be very grateful if the elxis community could have a look at it and let me know where I could improve (a website is never finished). I didn't turn on minify for css yet as I didn't had time to change the css files with relative path (mainly standard.css).
Thank you!

As I am not an expert on website design, I cannot comment on your website. Yet, as an English teacher, I suggest that you correct a grammar mistake on your "About us" page. "We are looking forward to welcome you" should be "We are looking forward to welcoming you".
Best regards.

Thanks a lot hakangur for your help - very appreciated. I wish English was my mother language, which obviously it isn't >:(

Do not underestimate your mother tongue, dear friend; every language has its own beauty. In any case, people will not run away from your website because of a tiny mistake in English.

I like it. Why not also in Japanese?

Thank you hakangur and datahell for your replies. It's a fine community here which makes working with elxis even more exciting.
@hakangur: nice words, and don't worry I am really proud of my mother language.
@ datahell: eventually I will translate the site into Japanese as well - like our old site was. We focus on international travelers as bed and breakfast isn't well known in Japan. Most Japanese book with breakfast and dinner included and we don't provide dinner as we believe people should go out to experience all the nice restaurants around us. It's better for the local economy.
BTW. I have found following 2 problems:
1) I checked W3C and got several messages like this: "Line 14, Column 168: & did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.) …n.xml" title="Hakuba Accommodation - B&B Koyuki: Bed..."
2) When I turn on cache the menu navigation doesn't work properly any more. The orange line beneath the menu title just stays in one place when active, hover is okay.
Have a nice day!
