Title: What is wrong on this stuff that I have encountered lately.?

Hello,

First of all Greetings to all of you,I would like to ask you something about on my "HOTELS" payment tab,When I click the thumbnails payment gateway there,the POP out window is still blank,and by the way, I transferred my all files on my new server., and my question is, What is wrong on this stuff that I have encountered lately.?

Please take a look the file below, I attached..

anyone?, specially to the elxis support? Help me please!..

You have to login into administration area WITH the www.discoverue.com/administrator/

Wrong permissions on file index3.php and folder administrator.
