Is there plugin,component,addon or whatever you wish to call it, which can sort post/articles by up and down votes?. Like this shareranks.com (http://shareranks.com/13731,Best-RPG-videogames) site has?.

Elxis 4.x does not uses ratings to articles. So you can not order based on something that does not exist.
