Can i select an image (as article image) which is already uploaded for an article without upload it again?

Yes you can from the media manager.
Click on the images icon on editor's toolbar and then browse the media manager.
Select the image you want to be imported into the editor.

I can only upload a new image, i dont see the media manager.

2 articles share the same main image? No!
You must re-upload it because if you delete the first article the image will also be deleted from the second and the second article will be left without image.

I see. Thank you. Better reupload the same image than risk to mess it up in the furure having the possibility to delete and article and others staying "orphan".
