OK, following the previous post and some advice from Mambo forums, I created a module which shows what I want it to show... the question now is:
How can I make this module appear in the content area of a page?
In the "edit module page" it asks me where I want it to be placed, but it doesn't give me an option for the content area of a specific autonomous page. Is there a way?
Thank you.

In the instruction's of your template you can find the modules positions.
If you don't have it you can edit it with any editor (don't edit & save it if you don't know what to do), and find the module position. One other way it is to take and publish the module that you create, in each position from the drop down menu, and hope you will have the result you want.
If you don't solve your problem perhaps I will find some time to solve your template problem, (for the moment my free of charge time for Elxis is limited).

Sirigos, it is not a template issue, he wants to add custom code (or module) inside a content item. I answer you again: you can do this only by using a propper mambot. Search if exists anyone like this in Mambo/Joomla otherwise you must create one. I had seen such a mambot somewhere, somewhen. Search again!
Notice: Loading of idividual module is not supported in Elxis 2006.x, Mambo, Joomla. You can only load a position. Loading of idividual module IS supported by Elxis Directory component and will also be supported by the next Elxis release 2007 (available in a few months).

Hi.
I have download and install the "mod_dsmenu" module for elxis 2009.
The problem is that I don't know what to do next, in order to create a "mod_dsmenu" module menu from the control panel. The Elxis by default is always creating "mod_mainmenu" modules for menus, and there is no way to change them after creation!
Any tutorial (step-by-step) or help? I am newbie to Elxis and can't find any relative information in the web.
Thanks!

The following information are valid for ANY module.
Go to Elxis administration -> Modules -> Site modules.
Locate the module you wish to edit and click on it's name.
Depending on the module there is a number of parameters that controls its functionality and style. At first we are interesting in "position" and "publish".
Position: controls the position on the template the module is going to be displayed. Example values: left, right, bottom, user1, top, etc.
Published: Set this to YES in order for the module to be published.
See the other parameters for more options. Hover your mouse over the "i" icons, they display a help message for each option.

Do you speak Greek?
Is it possible with Elxis 2009 (latest version) to create a floating-submenu, like in the site of http://www.corfunews.eu/ ?
In the menus with the white arrows, when the mouse rolls over, we can see that the submenu floats to the right side!.. We want to make something like this. But the only thing we found is a older version of JSCookMenu (Dynamic JS Menu 2.03) for elxis 2006 that isn't compatible!
Is it possible to do such a floating-sublevel-menu like the website I apposed, with current versions of Elxis?
