Title: condition to check for mobiles

I have a request to develop a mobile page display by a client. 
Has anyone used this  http://detectmobilebrowsers.mobi/ (http://detectmobilebrowsers.mobi/) ?
Is there another way to make a condition to check for mobiles while using an Elxis template?
