Title: problem with encoding in different browsers

I have written a new module for social network Vkontakte.
Different browsers have different shows, I do not understand what could be the problem.
Only Opera 12  ??? Chrome and FireFox all ok.

I don't think that it's a module's issue. Just try to change the default encoding of the incompatible browsers. Change that to automatic selection and verify if the issue solved. ;)

If the default encoding it properly displayed. Although the entire site with one single encoding
