Title: How to update for updiag errors?

Hi,
having problems with eblog (have posted about that), I tried to use updiag for the first time.
I have version 2009.3

So I went to updiag and it said I had not hash file. So I downloaded hash version 2009.3 and ran it.
I found 186 errors and it asks me to update.

How?
