Title: Can two Super Administrators be getting email notification? [SOLVED]

I have two Super Administrators on this Elxis site, but only one recieves and email notification for new user sign ups.
Can both be getting this or only the original administrator?

There is no any 'original' or 'fake' administrator.;) There are 'super administrator' and 'administrator' on Elxis CMS.
So you must verify these :
1. Both of users must be set as Super Administrators
2. Both of users must be set as 'Yes' the radio option of 'Receive Submission Emails'
[Administrator area] top menu -> Site -> Users Manager  -> [Select] username -> [Left area] Receive Submission Emails
3. Both of users must be set as unblock.
Check the Expiration dates too.
