Title: List of categories & their description ??? [SOLVED]

Hi,
can we create a menu item that produces a list of categories (not content items of that category) with their descriptions and maybe an image aswell?

I will just make an autonomous page listing them for now. But I just thought that it would be nice... and would like to have a menu item like that.
