Title: Would it be possible to have two different templates on a site?
Post by: ROUBOS on June 19, 2012, 10:57:12
Hi,
just a thought, would it be possible to have two different templates active? This way one could create a template for the front page, and a different one for the rest of the site.
That would be a great idea for those who want a fancy intro page, different from the rest of the site.
This way you avoid having to create a different html page for the fance intro, and being part of elxis you can use modules, bots and components and also be SEO friendly.

just a thought

Yes you can. Go to Template Manager and hit the toolbar Set icon. There you can set the template to specific menu items like you do when editing modules.
