Title: Event calendar - different color categories

Hi,
is there a way to give different categories different colors in Event Calendar? So when the appear in the calendar one can easily recognize which category is it.

Sure you can. In current version you can change the category color when editing an event. Please read the Event Calendar manual at Elxis Wiki pages.

In the forthcoming release, this option has been moved to category edit page (as someone should expect).
