Title: user manager populating table from phpmyadmin

Hello all,

I have just populated the user table using phpmyadmin and although it did it successfully, after I log in using admin (the original installation user) I do not see any of the newly added users listed.

Is there another table that must be updated or something that I am not seeing?

Hi Peter, I am not really sure what you have done however take a look at database table : #__core_acl_aro. Have you updated it too?
