Title: WYSIWYG Editor buttons missing.... ? [SOLVED]
Post by: ROUBOS on January 27, 2012, 22:07:00
Hi,
On a friend's PC, the buttons of the WYSIWYG Editor are missing. He called me and I cleared the cache inside elxsi admin but that did not fix it. So I then cleared the browser (firefox) history and nothing.
Once I deleted everthing from %temp%, they appeared again. That did not last long though, and he called me again to let me know that it happened again.

Has anyone come across this before? Can you think of anything that might be causing it?

thanks

after searching online, I read that it might be the plugins on the browser.
Will check it out and let people know

EDIT: no, no plugins installed

ok done,
after more reading and checking both tinymce.php and configuration.php, I noticed that the user was entering the admin pages with domain.gr/administrator and not www.domain.gr/administrator

that was the problem
