Title: parse error while updating to 2009.3(SOLVED)

hello all,
after applying bug fixes i received taht error..
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_ELSE in /vhosts/gurdesan.com.tr/http/includes/Core/elxis.php on line 1366
any help appreciated..

Updating from where? It hasn't been released any updated script from 2009.2 version to 2009.3! >:(

ok solved..when opened the zip patch i have mistakenly copy the the elxis.php in the first folder..
when i upload the elxis.php thats in the patch_elxis_2009.2_HTB22616 file..
it works..

You should tell us first that you are updating one by one. ;)
