I found that half size 141 MB taken by Cache directory.

Could you please explain me - what are this files, and for what they are. And also will know - it will be OK if i will delete all this files 1 time in week???

You can safely delete them all.
Cache is a feature to decrease the database load but sometimes it is better not to use cache. It depends on your site traffic. As long as you have cache enabled new cache files will be generated.

You can say so, this is the general idea. But there is a hidden issue here: sometimes if cache files are too much it is better to load the content from the database rather than searching the huge cache directory to find the proper cached files. But this depends on many things.

We may implement cron jobs in Elxis 2007. If this don't happen or you can n't wait you can create a custom php script that will delete the files and set a standard linux cron job running this file whenever you wish.
