my problem is in foramat date in show date create item content is not correct well show in front page, then date update the content not show well in persian langauge.

Date format is set by you server, too. Anyway, you may want to contact Farhad, he knows everything about support for Farsi.

im calling with farhad but he not response me for reason i updating the elxis from version 1 to version 3, rather than im buying the elxis from farhad but he not support my problem website for reason im updating the elxis,
is the Logical reason ?

no, he sales the cms elxis , you not offer the software elxis cms unless pay for he and cost hosting 2g in iran 30.00$ but he reciev 96.00$ . and not supporting.

farhad is a member of elxis community and not a simple user, i am sure that he answer but maybe you have wrong or misunderstood something, maybe he sale his time to spend and install those plugins, i don't know...but in your case if there is a contract who say that he support you only in the case that you don't change something, for me is correct, because he don't know what you change.............by the way what you mean upgrade to version 3 from 1 ? you can upgrade fro 2009.1 to 2009.2 but there is no patch to upgrade to 2009.3 from 2009.2 that means that if you want to upgrade to 2009.3 you must install the site from the scratch

what mean i not upgrade he not support additionally i pay for you more than 140.00$ . IS NOT RATIONALLY for all , im right to upgrade without he, he want im upgrade from he for receive 50.00$.
and im conact with he but not response me .This is not true .
purpose of elxis is offer free software and leading users , money is not the hole. we should extend the elxis in world with leading users

im first upgrade from 2009.1 to 2009.2 then upgrade sothing file to version 2009.3 i combine file and characters.

yes but first you have to learn, because now the site don't work correctly and the fault is yours, that i want to say is don't focus in the services who gives you, you must focus in the wrong of wrong upgrate of elxis..so if you have backup change those files again or restore the back up and start from the beginning slow and first of all you must know what exactly you change .. that is my propose maybe some other guy have something else...here we answer for everything

As I see on your site, Elxis copyright is in your meta tags, so GNU/GPL http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) is not breached.
If you are complaining about Farhad's services, then this is not the place to do it. As far as I understand, it is not Elxis he is selling you, but services related to it. That is perfectly OK, and if you don't like Farhad, there are many others who provide such services, so you are free to choose. This is what free means. You have an option to do installation, customization, etc. by yourself, because software is available free of charge. But. if you don't know how to do it, don't have your own server or it is too much hassle for you, then you pay for the services.
Now please, everyone just quit this discussion.
