Title: Hotel picture not found and vacancy is zero when use room search of IOSR(Solved)

Hi!  everybody 
I am experiencing some problem of hotel picture cannot showing out in front-end when using Room Searching Function.
My IOSR is v3.5.
 
if the locations is like below:

Greek(47)
        Athens(20)
        Thira(14)
         Santorini(13)
 
above hotels total is 47 hotels under Greek,  if use room search like "Greek and all locations"
so will find 47 hotels, but some hotels cannot show up its own hotle picture and no available room found.
even worse the next hotel picture with no hotel name!!, please see attached picture!!

if I change locations like below:

Greek (27)
            Thira(14)
            Santorini(13)
Athens(20)

every hotel will find its own hotel picture and available room will be found. and room search function goes well.

Is IOSR each location cannot over 35 hotels or less ??  or just Top location ??

Do somebody has any idea with this ??

Hi, I guess that is not for your main on-line installation.

1. it is on-line or local installation ?
2. if you visit the location "Tainan City" the photo of "Urban Tourist Business Hotel" the photo is visible ?
3. in administration are the photo of the hotel is visible ?
4. the name & extension of the photo what it is ?
5. is their any error log ?

Hi~

1. it is on-line or local installation ?   
    Yes, It's on-line and published. 
2. if you visit the location "Tainan City" the photo of "Urban Tourist Business Hotel" the photo is visible ?
    invisible, because total results under 30 hotels, the hotel picture will show up fine.         
3. in administration are the photo of the hotel is visible ?
    yes, It's visible there.
4. the name & extension of the photo what it is ?
    .jpg
5. is their any error log ?
    no error log,  just picture problem.

1. I see that you have modify the IOS Reservations component.

I see more than one problem

2. The title of the hotel " 劍橋連鎖飯店-健康館 " stay in Chinese Traditional in the search, if you go to hotel it is ok.

3. The bellow hotel " 劍橋連鎖飯店-永康館 " is not appear the hotel name in the search results.

It is static only in to those two hotels, it has to do with yours input data and NOT with the IOS reservations component.

I suggest to delete those two hotels and insert the hotel & room from the beginning.

If it was a bug or fault of the component will be appear in random hotels in randoms locations.

Hi

this case continues happened and disturb me for a long time. and I try many methods to find out what happen.

including disable the hotels,  but not only that 2 hotels only, but also other location hotels has same problem.

anyway I will try your way lately!   It needs time to check, just like you said "more than one"

You can send me an email or personal message describing the exact problem. Write also your username/password to your elxis administration and ftp, if needed. I will inpect your installation and tell you what is happening.

The FTP is restricted only to Chinese ip addresses.

So Regi contact to allow connections and from other countries.

The problem already solved by DataHell ! 

what caused that is not for sure.  but using reordering by Title, It works.

Very Appreciated for DataHell and Creative Options helps.
