Post by: ROUBOS on June 14, 2011, 02:58:31

Hi,
during install, when you enter your ftp details to enable ftp with elxis in the 3rd step of installation, it's not successful.

Are you sure FTP path is correct?

yes, checking it on FileZilla.
when I connect I need to go into the /httpdocs directory.
So the path should be /httpdocs right?

If you connect and go directly to httpdocs, maybe you should try / as FTP root

Yes I've been posting many messages regarding hosting. I've been asked to create websites and I do prefer and use Elxis. Problem is that people get their hosting from all over the place without asking first.
Anyway. It's all part of learning and I do enjoy the experience. (not always  :P )
