for reservation, if client paid, he want to cancell his reservations. he did it. but
he must wait us manually to delete the reservations. after that client will get e-mail . tell him we received his request.
we cannot make any record about reservations. just delete it. if
1) add more list option cancell / cancelled
in this case, our client will be able to see the reservations status in the forntend. so how to add it ?
in the meanwhile
2) how to keep the rejected reservations record not to be deleted.
in this case we can search historic credit of clients
Is it possibie?

I like this idea, i dont think cancelled reservation or rejected ones should be deleted!!

When a reservation is made, regardless if it is confirmed or not, the rooms are reserved for that client till we have a confirmation or reject. If the hotelier rejects the reservation then the reservation is deleted as we must free up the reserved rooms and make it available for new reservations. Both the client and hoteliers have received a detailed email for the reservation so if you want to keep your deleted reservations you can simply archive these emails. I think it is better to delete the rejected reservations than keeping them on the site.
