I am not quiet sure what you want to do ??
possible solutions are:
publish it in all languages
OR
(i think you actually mean the following)
multilingual title
duplicate it and publish each copy to a different lang....
then translate every new copy's title and(or) menu items to the corresponded lang
****
multilingual titles is applied only in core-default modules and components and in some third-party....
yes you need coding if you want to add that functionality in a module...

I think is menu customs Title part is right.
Now I try to copy the following files to translate it.
administrator-->languages-->english directory-->english.php
I will only duplicate whole english directory, rename the directory name to new language name
and translate the english.php only ( for fornt-tend menu item and third-party Item), others will kepp intact.
If I am wrong, please tell me. Thanks ~

DON't do anything....
first please explain better what you want to do...
i hardly understand you....

frontpage in top menu, like " home | Contact Us | link "
if we change another language, default they are not translated. They just " home | Contact Us | link " remain unchange still in english.
I just want to add the Correct Translation of the language to it. to make it translated more complete.
somebody just don't understand english. even basic enlglish words.

my friend this is easy....
you have only to make the links in the menu and publish them to the correct language (not all lang option)
example:
home -> link to com_frontpage -> publish Only to en-english
αρχικη -> link to com_frontpage -> publish Only to el-greek
Contact -> link to com_contact_my_english_contact-item -> publish Only to en-english
Επικοινωνια -> link to com_contact_my_greek_contact-item -> publish Only to el-greek
reservations -> link to com_reservations -> publish Only to en-english
Κρατησεις -> link to com_reservations -> publish Only to el-greek
Some English Content -> link to my_autonomous_page-en -> publish Only to en-english
Ελληνικό περιεχόμενο -> link to my_autonomous_page-el -> publish Only to el-greek
