Welcome to Elxis Community , uyghurmen.
1. No. eForum is a component that you can install it after you have downloaded and installed Elxis CMS successfully.
2. You can use modules for videos. Just search for available modules , bots at Elxis Download Center : http://www.elxis-downloads.com/
Elxis uses Component , Modules and bots.

Thank you so much for your reply,
I most interests are: Main site Home page always shown "Latest News", "Popular (or Most read) articles", "Latest Forum Posts"...etc.
Right now elxis home page shown those, this is also same released version? if so I start using then.
One more question: After install forum as extension (or Add-On), can instal any php forums? or only elxis forum?
Thanks

All these things has to do with modules. You can assign these module to be displayed at your home page.

Yes, but you can modify that according to your needs.

No. eForum (http://www.elxis-downloads.com/downloads/forums/255.html) is an elxis component fully compatible with Elxis CMS platform. It's not a negative php script.
