Title: eForum-how to allow only registered users to comment?

How can you allow only the rregistered users to comment on eForum?
What about banning a member? How do you do that?

On eForum each board (http://wiki.elxis.org/wiki/Eforum_Boards) has each own access settings.
All eForum members are Elxis users. So, to ban a user either ban him via Elxis user's component or completely delete him via elxis user's component.
