Title: I need give some rules in content creation

I need to give some rules in content creation.  I need give some kind user permission to create new content. but without let the content be available until I authorize the content other have created.  is this possible? and how

I've given my regged users permission to add articles, but they have "unpublished" parametar, I get an email, and publish it if everything is ok, you've got it under premissions in admin panel.
