Hello and happy new year!

I have a question, is it possible to give access to users to specific sections to be able to add categories and content but be able to WRITE ONLY on the section they have been assigned to.

Example:

User 1----> access to the News Section, able to add Breaking news, politics, sports, etc categories and write articles within those categories.
User 2----> access to the Editorial Section, able to add Today's thought, thought of the week, etc categories and write articles within those categories.
User 3----> access to the Products Section, able to add New Products, etc categories and write articles within those categories.

Is this possible with Elxis??? I am trying to create a portal with different users as publishers but I want to give them access to certain sections to each one, so they are free to add categories and articles within the section they have been assigned to.....

hope somebody knows how to do this..

 in admin panel - site - accsess manager
craet new group with personal rules
