content item. doesnt allowed to save if I only have section it ask for category even if i didnt setup any category ?

If I understood well you try to save a content item but you have not setup any categories! If this is right: no, you can not do that. Every content item must be inside a category (and a category inside a section). If you don't wish to use sections and categories add your article as an autonomous page.
