I've got a piece of article as part of the topmenu. Also, I've choosen to reference it out in a new main_menu on the left hand side of the template called "Recommended articles". In this Recommended Articles left menu I want to add any article I consider interesting.
Now I've got two links pointng to the same page. Is this "healthy" from a SEO point of view?

Component Sitemap (http://www.elxis-downloads.com/downloads/site-maps/187.html)extracts an XML file which start to read menu Items as it's guide and secondly all content items , autonomous pages etc. of your page
Don't forget that Google Spiders read your HTML code of your page ( on firefox ctrl+U at your page to see the HTML code) from the begging till the end.
So if you double an info 'confuse' the google and thus google Spider ;)
It's better to describe one of them with a little different words in order to have a bit more spectrum of your SEO words analysis.!
Google has on the algorithm 118 parameters that affect SEO of a website. It's also important the main layout of your site (template).
