Is there any way to upload files while using the TinyMCE editor in Elxis?

Do you mean files other then images? Be more specific, please. If you want to upload images, you can do it with iBrowser.

The ibrowser isn't coming up. Is there another way to upload images with texts? Please see my site at extranews247 dot com

Yes, i mean filew other than images (doc, pdf)

In that case, short answer is no. However, you can add links to files from TinyMCE or use Downloads  component.

personally i don't know what you asking exactly... in every post asking other question!

elxis has the media manager for uploading files... pdf,doc etc......
you upload with media-manager and then insert links(pointing to the files) with tinymce inside articles,
also you can use the downloads-component if you want to build a downloads-site

you mean that ibrowser window not opening..right?
ibrowser has some bugs(not elxis releated) in opera and chrome under linux....
thats why i was asking about os and browser above!
