when i install event calendar the only language that supports and displays at frontpage and backend is only english language. What can i do so that i can choose greek language

It's not a Event Calendar Issue.
You must enable the greek language generally on your Elxis Website going on administrator area --> Site [top menu] --> Languages Manager --> Site Languages.
Choose Greek and then publish!

That's it.

thank you very much. i have installed elxis with english language as main language

Nothing!
You can publish as many languages as you like.!
Then you can choose in which languages separately want your content items, modules etc to display! ;)
