Title: Cannot edit items with the lock icon. [SOLVED]

Hi,
I'm the super admin of a site and yet cannot edit items that some other user has created, cause the lock icon appears next to that item.
How can I fix this?

Form the admin menu >> System >> Global Checkin

This will unlock every item...
