Hi guys, is there an easier way to reach support for IOSR? I know, Ioannis is busy working on the script, but..
I don't get any response to emails I send, Digsby Live Chat most of the time offine, some days completely offline. (it says there "We are usually online every day from 18:30 to 22:30 (GMT+2). Time now is: xx:xx) I wait and wait and nothing happens.
Is there direct ICQ, MSN, direct email or any better form of contacting?
I have ordered the second script now and having problem with it. What I did was - I added Locations, Hoteliers and Hotels BEFORE buying and activating the license.
On the frontpage it shows "IOSR License Agreement" and message "You dont have any Locations set" (which isn't true).
Is there a way to fix it or do I have to reinstall it again to get it working?
Before activation I've seen message about "license is not activated, some features are disabled" I wonder maybe that's the case and Locations, Hoteliers, Hotels should have been added AFTER activation?
Thanks a lot!

Hi, you can reach me in several ways.
Contact form: https://www.isopensource.com/contact.html (https://www.isopensource.com/contact.html)
You can send me a Personal message here is the forum.
You can use live support chat located athttps://www.isopensource.com/ (https://www.isopensource.com/) (but you are right, I dont open it every day as some days I am out or very busy, sorry).
You can send me a direct e-mail info _at_ isopensource _dot_ com
You can contact me directly from within your IOSR control panel -> section: Contact IOS.
Phone support is available only in Greek language.
Regarding the "locations" message you get in the frontpage: IOSR has a setting in its configuration regarding the "locations level" to show in front-page. By default this is set to the first sub-level, change it to root level if you dont have sub-locations.
The "IOSR License Agreement" text, is normal, and is being shown when IOSR has nothing to show in its front-page.
You can also login in the demo site (http://hotels.isopensource2.com/about-demo-site.html) to see how the settings looks like there.

And of course, most of the common questions have been answered, in this forum.
So, posting a new thread/question or searching the forum, is not a bad idea.
