as the better to backup all copyright, database and scripting files?

If u mean to backup all your site (files+database), this is not an Elxis job but a server side job. Elxis can only backup the database but not the files from
Components>database manager> manage database> dump database> choose SQL> leave the others param as is, and finally> download
