Site / Templates Manager / Site templates / <select the template> / Edit (up right corner)

Site -> template manages -> Site templates

Click on philoxenia theme if you have elxis 2009.2 version otherwise on elxis 2009.1 you must select that and click edit button on the top right menu. ;)
