Title: how to unpublish newsflash

In default elxis , I dont need newsflash (default 5 contents)

I already unpublished category and section manager as well as  in site module.

but when I went to homepage , it said " no item to display"

can somebody help me

From administrator area :
Modules -> Site modules -> ( Unpublish ) Newsflash (module)
