Title: Can't login after register, account out of date

When my user creates his new account at my website (Elxis), everything OK until his login, my ELXIS CMS say his account was expired (out of date), thought it's newest register  ???

I use my administration account to check his account and see somethings as below:

Register Date     2010-06-30 10:04:09
Last Visit Date    1979-12-19 00:00:00

??? ??? ???

And today, I made some test and it's happening with everyone as new registers
 
How to fix this issue? Is it a database problem?

I registered in your site now, but i've not receive confim e-mail.
The site after registration gaves me a white page  :o

in any get a look at the account activation.

Have you try to change or see this data ?

site-> users manager -> users [Go to one user and edit his profile] -> and on the field Expiration date what value has been given by default ?
If you click never will it change ?
