How to give permissions to registered users to add content?

Well, maybe if you try in Site -> Users Manager -> Users, open an existing user and change his Group under User Details.
Each Group has a different level of access (front door or back door) to your site. Choose the one that suits you.

Well, I have given permission within the home public, as publisher.
But I thought that the permission applied to the module is not user-bune ..
