Title: quick question on eForum

I have installed the eForum.
Do I need the eForum login or the normal site user login will do?
I only want registered members to be able to post in the forum.

And how do we control the announcements?

1. any login can do
2. As Administrator -> eForum frontend bottom -> Control Panel

thanks I found it.
One more question if you can tell me please, how can we assign moderators to the forum?
When I pick a board, I cannot select the user ???


Sorry I think I got it. I'm an Administrator so I am a global moderator. Only simple users and authors to the site must be able to be placed moderators right?

Member -> Edit Profile -> make him Moderator
Control Panel -> Assign -> Moderator to board

Cannot make him a Moderator cause he is an administrator
and when i log in with his account i still cannot do it

he is in the administrator group, but still shows up as newbie in the forum

OK once I made him a super admin, I managed to make him a moderator. But now cannot change him back to just Administrator
