I faced a minor problem which i resolved it, so i write it here to help those one, may face the same.
On my PC i had XAMPP for Windows with PHP 5.2.0 and i installed the new Elxis 2009.2 version. After installation i noticed in administration panel that all XML values in modules or bots parameters, where should be a YES or NO were appearing as 1 or 0. All the rest functions were working properly. This is not of course a problem of new Elxis version, but problem of PHP version and i resolved it with an update of PHP from version 5.2.0 to version 5.2.13.
For updating PHP in XAMPP for Windows read the following link: http://hype-free.blogspot.com/2007/07/updating-php-in-xampp-for-windows.html
I did carefully all steps written to the above link and everything worked fine.

Why dont you create a full detailed step-by-step guide for newbies on how to set up XAMPP and Elxis?
This help new Elxis users that want to install Elxis on their local computer but they dont know how.

There is solution in this.
The post bellow is in Greek but I think you will understand what you must do. open file elxisxml.php and change the lines mentioned in that post.

Oh yeah, works fine now, thanks.
One thing more, it seems that "translate", "add-this" and "email-it" are don't displayed into "Global Configuration" zone.
Elxis it's awesome!
Many thanks
