Title: german installation of Elxis

Hello @ all

Last week i've installed Elxis two times in german language. I was staggered of what i've saw. The actual translation for the installation steps are fully nonsense and the translation is not complete. I've edited the file and completed the translation. Please replace the existing file under "/installation/language" and test it.
