I have next problem "When a new user register a confirmation email don't come on his email"

Mass Mail work fine so If I will approve that user then after this he will be able to receive email from me via Mass Mail.

I want to know what to set and where in order to make work next feature "When a new user register a confirmation email don't come"

I suppose something may be wrong with some of my configuration so I need some advices related to where and what to search.

By the way Elxis CMS is the best CMS I found after 2 weeks of hard search and it do exactly what I need.

Are you using SMTP or PHPmail function in Global Configuration?

To set the confirmation email u need set "account activation = activation via e-mail" in global configuration and set also the mailer. (in tab MAIL)

If these setting  u did it but the user don't receive the confirmation email, check if you receive an email that advise you about a new users subscription.
If yes, the problem is the hosting. Contact the hosting's support and advise them about your problem.
Me too i had a problem like this. Has been solved  :)

I tried both and no one works for me.

A bit strange for me because Mass Mail feature works but a new user can't receive a email to activate his user profile.

Yesterday I asked my hosting provider to give me a new php.ini file or better to say to upload it on my server.

After this I didn't receive any errors on error_log file but the message still don't come.

I also suppose that the problem is on my server because the other my sites hosted on the same site provider works.

I mean phpmail function there works so I suppose something related to hosting configuration.

 try to see if the same issue is still happening after clearing the cache... I had a similar problem, solved thanks to Datahell.
