Title: Can`t install template-ERROR: Could not find an Elxis XML setup file in the pack

Hello there:

I am trying to upload a template to use on my website and I get an error when trying to upload it:

Upload template - Upload Failed
ERROR: Could not find an Elxis XML setup file in the package

Upload template - Failed
Installation file not found:
/home/viviendo/public_html/tmpr/install_4c09f96ef12a5/

[ Continue... ]

My folder permissions are as follows:
tmpr/    Writeable
administrator/templates/admin/    Writeable
administrator/templates/login/    Writeable
templates/    Writeable

I have tried installing from directory (having unzipped the contents of the template on the adminsitrator/components/com_installer/template) and I get a similar message - setup file not found.

I have full access on the server but everything seems to be working fine. any help?

My template HAS the templateDetails.xml file and it is not zipped under a directory (contents only) You can view the file here: http://www.viviendocondios.com/templatehelp/diosesluz.zip  the file is too large to attach on this forum. If any member of the Elxis team would like to have access to the backend of my website please let me know

I have already checked.
2 problems

1) you are not close the:
   <authorUrl>www.myspace.com/jorgebravocarrizales<authorUrl>
to
   <authorUrl>www.myspace.com/jorgebravocarrizales</authorUrl>

2) all the files is not listed:

Whenever you encounter such error (could not find installation XML) you should check every line in XML, and check permissions on /tmpr and /cache

Just for your information: The upcoming Elxis 2009.2 is more verbose in this. It informs you about the exact line and column in the XML file that causes the error.

wow! this is great thanks a lot guys for the quick response, I'll check out the line in the xml file. Hopefully that will work.
