I have problems when activated SEOpro, I change the menu,  links and articles.

Well at the moment SEOpro active, the links change,
Links normal = http://tronsa.com/index.php?option=com_registration&task=register&Itemid=2.

Now SEOpro active brother, resulting from the link = http://www.tronsa.com/registration/register.html

Look at the difference, resulting broken link ...

Rename the htaccess.txt to .htaccess
You can locate the file in the root of Elxis.
