Title: content management questions
Post by: Rideyo on November 22, 2009, 21:39:54
Hi I'm a newbie and here are my questions:

Which is a good FTP software I can use?
How can I manage separately the title of an article (that goes in the menus) and the the title tag of its page?
What is the name of a Template the accepts the new template parameters functions of Hecate?
Which are the templates of Joomla that surely works without necessity of coding?
Is it possible to give to section and category pages a layout similar to the one of the home page, i mean with the excerpts of the articles in spaces and not in list, a sort of "show in section xy" or "show in category wz" just like "show in frontpage"?

:) thank you very much for your answers!!

Hello Rideyo,

While your question does not pertain to Elxis, I am providing an answer.

I like Windows Commander.  It is an alternative to the Windows File Explorer and has very nice FTP options.

in link parameters you set the name of the menu and can also override the page-title that link points to!
