Title: Problem with translate

Hello! I want to ask how to add new language in one of the components ISO Download? I translated the component but when I try to use Bulgarian show the default language (English).I give link to the translation can be used.No problems with other languages is loaded normally! Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks in advance!

i've tried and it works right. ;)

have you copied the two language files in the right IOS Download directory? (\administrator\components\com_downloads\language)
have you enable bulgarian language in front-end?
if u use a primary language, have you setted bulgarian language in IOS Download configuration as secondary language ?

So the problem is this: I use bulgarian as primary language, have two files and copy to the directory (\administrator\components\com_downloads\language) choose the Bulgarian language from the front-end, but remains english or another language no Bulgarian.  :)

i don't know why happen to you so.
in any case i've checked your files.
you included the unicode signature (BOM) and this is not right.
the language file must be encoded utf8, without unicode signature (BOM)

clickin on download to download the file, elxis gives four error like this

to solve this download the patch for elxis /language/bulgarian
