I have a question. Ukrainian and Russian as languages are exactly the same?

So if are different languages and you have translated in Ukrainian the files english.php, english.gemini.php and english.pref.php i suggest you to send them to Elxis Team, so to include Ukrainian frontend language to the next Elxis version.
