Title: How do I hid automated lists in sections?

Hi there,
how do I remove or hide the automated listing of category titles and/or intro text within sections and categories,
e.g. Lorem Ipsum (2 Items)

I've set everything in Global Config to hide, but this still appears.

Edit the parameters of the menu item that links to that specific page.
If there is no direct link to that page edit the parameters of the parent menu item (i.e that links to the section).
